It is effective against pests such as Lepidopteran, Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Thysanoptera, and Diptera. Isocycloseram targets the invertebrate Rdl GABA receptor, although the G335M mutation in the receptor's third transmembrane domain can confer resistance [1]. |
