产品描述	Muramyl dipeptide (MDP) is a synthetic immunoreactive peptide, consisting of N-acetyl muramic acid attached to a short amino acid chain of L-Ala-D-isoGln. Muramyl dipeptide indirectly decreases osteoclast differentiation through a decreased RANKL/OPG ratio. Muramyl dipeptide directly increases osteoblast differentiation by up-regulating Runx2 gene expression through MAPK pathways. Muramyl dipeptide is an inducer of bone formation through the induction of Runx2 .
体外活性	Muramyl dipeptide 以剂量依赖的方式增加 Runx2 蛋白表达 (0.1-10 μg/mL; 24小时)[1]，同时也在剂量依赖的方式下提高了 Runx2 的 mRNA 水平 (0.1-10 μg/mL; 6小时)[2]。此外，Muramyl dipeptide 通过降低 RANKL/OPG 比例间接抑制了破骨细胞的分化[2]。
体内活性	Muramyl dipeptide 可用于动物建模以建立败血症模型。Muramyl dipeptide （1.25 mg/kg；腹腔注射；两次）缓解由骨质疏松症引起的骨质流失[2]。
